  • How many items do you have in stock? To maintain the highest level of exclusivity for our community, most of our items are "One of One". Once a specific bag or accessory is sold, it is unlikely to be restocked.

  • Can I change or cancel my order? We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. Please contact us at tushar.kumar0110@gmail.com within 1 hour of placing your order if you need to make changes.

Shipping & Delivery

  • How much does shipping cost? We offer a flat rate of $10.50 AUD for standard shipping via Australia Post.

  • Do you offer free shipping? Yes! All orders over $100.00 AUD qualify for free standard shipping within Australia.

  • How long will it take to receive my order? We have a 1–2 business day handling time. Once dispatched from our Truganina warehouse, standard shipping typically takes 2–5 business days depending on your location in Australia.

  • Do you ship internationally? Currently, we focus on serving our local Australian community. Please check back soon as we look to expand our shipping zones.

Returns & Refunds

  • What is your return policy? We offer a 14-day return window from the date your order is delivered. Items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • How do I start a return? Please email our support team to receive the return instructions. All returns are processed at our headquarters: 10 Elland Cct, Truganina VIC 3029, Australia.
